Abhiyan SRMIST has conducted free
medical camp for village members at Anjur adopted village on 18-05-2024
Saturday. Camp was conducted at the government School located in the village
which is easily accessible for the village peoples. Camp started by morning
10.00 AM. This camp is totally team work
which consist of medical and health professionals from various departments of
SRM hospital. This General medical
camp comprises of
professionals and physicians from Pediatrics,
General Medicine, Dermatology, Gynecology, Audiology and Speech therapy. All
are treated with free consultation, medication, diagnosis.
Patients who need further and regular checkup
and treatments were referred to SRM general hospital provided with free
treatment card. Free food is being given when coming for treatment in hospital. This regular
camping will improve the health status of the village members and very helpful
for the early detection, diagnosis and also the treatment or therapeutic
procedures. People who needs medical care were referred to the respective
departments and go through detailed evaluation and recommended for the
treatment procedures. By 1:30 we have covered almost all the households of the
village and people got benefitted with the camp and showed their gratitude
towards the doctors and health professionals.
