Objective of the Event:
The outreach activity was organized with the objective of creating awareness among school students about renewable energy, energy harvesting techniques, and environmental sustainability. The program aimed to inspire young minds to think innovatively about clean energy solutions and environmental protection.
Event Description:
An outreach activity titled “Energy Harvesting for Young Innovators” was successfully conducted on 4th February 2026 at the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan adopted village Kolathur. The program focused on educating school students about future energy solutions and promoting environmental awareness.
As part of the event, drawing and speech competitions were conducted on the theme “Environmental Awareness”. The competition titles were communicated to the students in advance to encourage preparation and creativity.
To support student participation, sketch books, crayons, pencil sets, and chart papers were distributed to all participants of the drawing competition. The students actively participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their creativity and communication skills.
Participation Details:
• Total number of student participants: 75
• Number of prize winners: 6 students
All participants were awarded certificates and gifts in appreciation of their involvement. Refreshments were provided to the entire school students and faculty members. The event arrangements, including refreshments and banners, were supported under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA).

The event successfully enhanced awareness among school students about environmental conservation and renewable energy concepts. The interactive competitions motivated students to express their ideas creatively and confidently. The outreach program strengthened the institution’s commitment to community engagement through Unnat Bharat Abhiyan.
