<p data-end="1251" data-start="1150">Interactive workshops explaining the health benefits of various Yoga asanas and breathing techniques.</p>

<p data-end="1363" data-start="1254">Special talk sessions on “Yoga and Environmental Harmony” and “Healthy Living through Traditional Practices.”</p>

<p data-end="1580" data-start="1365">The event successfully encouraged participants to adopt Yoga as a part of their daily lifestyle and reinforced the idea that sustainable living starts with personal responsibility towards health and the environment.</p>
