UBA SRMIST in association with Puthiyathalaimurai Foundation and ASCE SRM
Student chapter organized the Massive Palm Seed Sowing Event on 24th
September 2022 on the bunds of Thirutheri Lake near Singaperumal Koil.
Around
150 Students and staff members from various faculty and departments of SRMIST along
with public took part in the event and sown 5000 seeds on the bunds.
Dr. M. Leenus Jesu Martin,
Director, Campus Life, SRMIST and Dr.V.Thirumurugan, Associate Director, Campus
Life, SRMIST Nodal officer of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan-srmist inaugurated the event.
Mr.S.Pradeep and Mr.Cheziyan from
department of Civil Engineering coordinated the event.
