SRM Institute of Science and Technology, under the collage of science and humanities students for second-year BS and BSc Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics students, along with faculty members, visited SP Koil, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu.  Mainly, this event is for a social map survey about the number of hospitals, temples, electricity boards, water tanks, lakes, streets, schools, PWD, etc. Further, we done cleaning program in S.P. Kovil Government Higher Secondary School. Students Contributed their service. The aim of this project is to provide our SRM institutions with a set of at least three villages and local communities to address development challenges through appropriate technologies so that these institutions can contribute to the economic and social betterment of these village communities using their knowledge base. rural India in identifying development challenges and evolving appropriate solutions for accelerating sustainable growth.  Development and survey of the village, covering topics such as rural sanitation, toilets, drainage management, drinking water, road development, road evaluation and reinforcement, water conservation, health, and drought, among others. Students, faculty, and researchers contribute to innovative solutions for improving village life.
